A Water Cooler in the Home Please

For any of you who watch Channel 4’s - quite graphic - Embarrassing Bodies, you may have viewed a former installment which highlighted the difficult problem of inordinate sweating. This matter is of specific interest to the Water Delivery Company and its cousin, the Water Cooler Company, because it asks us to consider the importance of drinking enough. Being familiar with your sweat rate will also be able to give you a good approximation of how much water you should be taking in, which means you’ll also know how often to go to the water cooler. Sweating is a necessity as it regularizes our body temperatures in hot weather, or when exercising, as a matter of fact if we didn’t sweat, we’d expire. Interestingly, around 1% of the population sweats excessively at times when they are neither hot nor exercising. This affliction is titled hyperhidrosis, and sufferers can lose up to four times the general amount of sweat a day! However much you sweat, it’s crucial to keep your hydration levels exactly right. Both drinking large quantities, or not drinking enough water canresult in acute medical issues, and in Britain, it’s the latter that is the most common problem. Having water coolers in the household could make all the difference, and with the wide range on offer, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
